Return Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your order. If an item doesn't suit you, you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to let us know and return the item.

Return conditions

• The item must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, with its original tags.
• Skincare and haircare items that have been opened or used cannot be accepted back, for hygiene reasons.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in case of an error on our part (wrong item sent, manufacturing defect).

How to proceed

Contact us at verite.official01@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. We'll send you the return address and instructions.

Refund

Once the item is received and checked, we process the refund within 5 to 10 business days, to the payment method used for the purchase.

Defective items or shipping errors

If you receive a defective item or one different from your order, contact us within 48h with a photo: we cover the return and offer an exchange or full refund.
